Its Real passion, if someone dedicates more than 17 years of his life for contributing in the media dictum. Hailing from Thodupuzha, Kerala in India Mr. Ginsmon Zacharia is the present Coordinator of the Indo-American Press Club, an organization he founded and chaired for 3 years upto 2016. An MBA in Marketing and a Law Graduate, his decision to choose print and visual media did serve him right.
Ginsmon Zacharia is also the director of Jaihind TV USA, which made headlines after it successfully hosted musical reality shows in all major states of North America. It served as a platform of opportunity for young talents to be heard, seen and loved by the vast viewership of the channel. The Channel was pioneer in it’s kind and diversity in USA which apart from talent hunts dedicated its airtime to showcase interviews of industry renowned individuals and closely followed presidential elections with reporting in detail. The weekly program ‘US Diary’ brought to the attention of authorities, the difficulties and problems faced by immigrant Indians in the US.
Ginsmon Zacharia and print media took off like any other but dramatically redefined the industry outlook. Experienced in successfully starting, and establishing Newspapers in UK and the USA with circulation in Canada too, he strategized unorthodox means to establish and reign the reader’s heart and trust.
He is the Publisher and the Chairman of ‘Jaihind Vartha’, a well-circulated newspaper in the USA, ‘Aksharam Magazine’ a leading Malayalam magazine and ‘Asian Era’ another mass circulated newspaper in English.
He chaired valuable positions and responsibilities in various social, cultural and professional organizations, many of those which he founded, in the USA and the UK. He lives with his wife, and three charming kids in Long Island, NY. A supportive family that participates to show support for all his endeavours, he has reasons to smile and smile all along.
